Fees

It is extremely difficult, and in some cases impractical, and in other cases unfair to set down a fixed fee for the provision of any particular type of legal service. For these reasons this firm cannot set down a complete tariff of fees. It is necessary for us to have a consultation with our prospective client so that we can establish the type of service that is required before we can provide a reasonably accurate estimate of our fees. In that regard we are not only confident, we know from our regular feed-back that not only do we provide legal services of quality; our fees are quite reasonable and the envy of our competitors.

Our consultancy fee is fixed at £95 plus VAT. This is a meeting with one of our solicitors during which an assessment of the merits of your case is carefully made. In so doing we are from the inception able to form a view on your case which will in the long term save you legal fees and time.

In some cases, and due to our experience in previous matters, we are able to offer a fixed fees service in some cases. In any event we advise our clients at the consultancy meeting and in writing by way of our client care letter, what our fees structure is. A full no-obligation estimate of our fees is provided in writing before the firm is instructed to act.

LSC Immigration Franchise

If your financial position is not too sound you may qualify for free legal advice to assist your immigration / asylum claim. This is known as 'Legal Help'. We will explain what this is and what we can do for you under the Legal Help scheme. If you are not eligible for Legal Help under that scheme, we will tell you how much our fees would be to provide the legal services you require.
